LEAGUE Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Level Up Your Business LLC, a California limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and the individual purchasing or enrolling in the LEAGUE Membership (“Member,” “you,” or “your”).

By purchasing or enrolling in LEAGUE, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Membership Overview

LEAGUE is an exclusive professional networking membership designed to facilitate meaningful connections, professional development, and community among creative entrepreneurs and industry professionals.

Membership includes, but is not limited to:

Monthly online live sessions
Educational trainings and guest expert sessions
Access to the online community hub hosted on Kajabi
Member directory access
Downloadable resources and educational materials
Opportunities to participate in discussions and networking within the community
An invitation to our in-person parties and events

Membership benefits may evolve over time as the community grows.

The Company reserves the right to modify or improve the membership experience at any time.

2. Membership Term

LEAGUE is a 12-month commitment.

Upon joining, Members agree to remain enrolled in the membership for a full twelve (12) months, regardless of payment option selected.

Membership begins on the date of purchase.

3. Payment Terms

Members may choose one of the following payment options:

Monthly Plan

$97 per month
Billed monthly for 12 consecutive months

Annual Plan

$997 paid in full at the time of purchase

If a Member selects the monthly payment option, they agree to complete the full 12-month payment commitment.

Failure to complete payments does not terminate the financial obligation owed to the Company.

The Company reserves the right to pursue unpaid balances.

4. Automatic Renewal

At the conclusion of the initial 12-month membership term, the membership will automatically renew for an additional 12-month period at the then-current membership rate unless canceled prior to renewal.

Members will continue to be billed according to their selected payment structure unless the membership is canceled before the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

All membership sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital content, community access, and networking opportunities, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

6. Community Code of Conduct

LEAGUE is built on respect, professionalism, and collaboration.

Members agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner when interacting with other members and Company representatives.

Members agree not to:

Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against other members
Engage in aggressive solicitation or spam within the community
Use the community solely for promotional purposes
Disrupt community discussions or events
Share confidential member conversations outside the community

The Company reserves the right to remove any Member who violates these standards.

Termination due to misconduct does not release the Member from their financial commitment under this Agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided within LEAGUE, including but not limited to:

Trainings
Resources
Templates
Downloads
Educational materials
Community content

are the intellectual property of Level Up Your Business LLC.

Members are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Members may not:

Reproduce
Distribute
Sell
Share
Republish
Teach
License

any LEAGUE materials without written permission from the Company.

8. Confidentiality

Members agree that discussions within the LEAGUE community may involve sensitive business information shared by other members.

Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of discussions, strategies, and personal experiences shared within the community.

Members may not publicly share or disclose confidential information shared by other members without permission.

9. Online Platform

The LEAGUE membership community and resources are hosted through Kajabi.

Members are responsible for maintaining access to their accounts and for keeping login credentials secure.

The Company is not responsible for platform outages or technical interruptions beyond its control.

10. Events and Gatherings

Members may receive invitations to in-person parties and events hosted by the Company.

Attendance at such events may require separate registration or fees.

Event availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and capacity.

11. Limitation of Liability

LEAGUE provides educational resources, networking opportunities, and community engagement.

The Company does not guarantee specific business results, financial outcomes, or professional opportunities resulting from participation.

Members are solely responsible for their own business decisions and results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level Up Your Business LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in LEAGUE.

12. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate a Member’s access to LEAGUE if the Member:

Violates the Code of Conduct
Fails to complete payments
Engages in unlawful activity
Violates intellectual property protections

Termination does not eliminate the Member’s responsibility to complete their financial obligations under this Agreement.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within California.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be deemed severed from this Agreement.

The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or enrolling in LEAGUE, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

League is a 12-month membership that auto-renews annually. If you wish to cancel before your next renewal, simply notify us at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.
